Employees have the option to request an employee reference from the HR department for various purposes such as Visa applications, home loans, and external verification.
Employees should provide:
- Full name
- Date of Birth
- Address
- Whether they would like a hard copy or an email version of the employment reference.
If the company needs to disclose this information to third parties as part of the verification and references processes, we require written consent from the employee. This ensures that the employee is aware of and agrees to the disclosure of their information to external parties.
