- Clear summary of the request (what is being requested)
- Business justification / reason for the request
- Expected benefits or impact (business/technical)
- Use the "Awaiting Approvals" macro
- Open the ticket and choose the macro named "Awaiting Approvals".
- Confirm the macro sets the appropriate status/fields used by your approval workflow (for example: status = Pending or On-hold, tag = awaiting_approval, custom approval fields populated). Edit any macro text if specific details need to be added.
- Apply the macro.
